Abstract

At Campbell University, procurement decisions are often made by staff and faculty in the schools and departments. The University expects these individuals to base purchases on sound business practices, accountability, best value, and compliance with sponsor, donor, and regulatory requirements. Individuals making purchases or planning to make a purchase must follow established University policies and procedures and must adhere to federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
