Board of Trustees Conflict of Interest Policy

Abstract

To establish a set of guidelines to ensure that when actual or potential conflicts of interest arise, Campbell University has a process in place under which the affected Trustee will advise the Board about all the relevant facts concerning the situation and to establish procedures under which Trustees who have a conflict of interest will be excused from voting on such matters.
