About
Dr. Kyle Russell is an Assistant Professor of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is the Associate Program Director for the CUSOM Sports Medicine Fellowship Program and a Team Physician for Campbell University Athletics.
A graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, he received his Doctor of Osteopathy from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, Colorado. Dr. Russell completed his Pediatric Residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, an academic affiliate of the New York Medical College. He then completed his Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at Campbell. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics in both Pediatrics and Primary Care Sports Medicine.
Dr. Russell has been involved with the United States Figure Skating, working multiple events. Most recently, he was the Associate Chief Medical Officer of the International Skating Union Four Continents Figure Skating Championships in February 2023 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He also works with USA Boxing, and has worked many local events as well as a national qualifying event.
