Brianne Holmes

Dr. Brianne Holmes is the Director, and Assistant Professor, for Professional Development at CUSOM. As Director, her role is to determine the professional growth needs of the faculty and staff and develop workshops, programs, conferences, CME, and other educational and training opportunities to meet those needs. She also brings elements of professionalism to CUSOM students as an assistant professor. She’s realized a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow personally and professionally by developing academic, professional, and cultural competencies.

Brianne is a two-time alumnus of Mansfield University of Pennsylvania (BA, MA), where she also started her career in higher education. She completed her Doctorate in Education from the University of New England, in Maine. Brianne joined the CUSOM team in 2016.

Outside of work, Brianne enjoys reading, painting, throwing pottery, trying in vain to keep plants alive, trivia, kayaking, baking, and spending time with her two awesome kids, and one big beautiful dog.
